Delta State Empowerment Programme 2022: Delta State Government through its Job and Wealth Creation Bureau invites the general public particularly youths of Delta State origin for the 2022 cycle of the skills training and entrepreneurship Programme (STEP). Qualifications/Eligibility

The application portal is opened for the following:

1. Candidates must be origins of Delta State
2. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 to 35years
3. Candidates must be ready to under go skills in any the following below:

• Catering and confectionery
• Tiling and interlocking
• POP, painting and screed-making
• Electrical and solar works
• Hairdressing and braiding
• Audio-Vidual Services

How to Apply for Delta State Government Skills Training & Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP) 2022

Applications can be collected and summited either at Delta State Job and wealth Creation Bureau, Asaba or the Governor’s office Annex, by DRTV, Warri from Tuesday 26th July 2022  (10am to 2pm) and will last for a period of four days.

All applications must be summited on or before Friday, 29th July 2022 (10am to 2pm).

Note

For personal identification, applications forms shall be given to interested youths in-person with National Identity Card, Permanent Voter Card, National Driver’s License or International Passport. Please, note that the application form is free-of-charge. Do not pay money to anyone claiming to help you secure STEP slot.

Youths who have benefitted from any of the State Government job creation and youth empowerment programme as well as STEP,YAGEP, RYSA, GEST, ITC-YEP, and WESAP should not apply.
