Stages/Phases in Kaduna State Teachers Recruitment 2022

There are five (5) stages in Kaduna State Teachers Recruitment exercise;

1. Online Application/Registration: This is the stage where all and sundry that merits the requirements applies for the job vacancy online using the application link portal. This is mostly done before the closing date of the recruitment exercise to avoid being denied of application.

2. Release of List of Shortlisted Candidates: This is the stage where all that qualifies and merits the requirements are shortlisted. Most at times, everyone is being shortlisted in this stage as far as you applied online. Those who completed and does not have any error are been shortlisted during this process.

3. CBT Exam: This stage is where examination mostly CBT Exam Aptitude Test is being conducted for all shortlisted candidates to enable the officials select the most qualified persons for the job. After the exam, results are being released for all to check and know if they qualifies for the next stage.

4. Interview: This stage is where all those who did excellently well in the CBT Examination are shortlisted for interview. During the interview, documents and credentials are verified. Those that passes this stage goes to final stage.

5. Final List: This stage is the final stage where the final list of successful shortlisted candidates is released for checking online to enable all that qualifies know that they are employed. Appointment Letter and posting to Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) is been issued here. After which, you will start receiving your salary and others.
