When will WAEC Result 2021 Come out?
The officials of WAEC examination has given date on when the 2021 West African Examination Council (WAEC) Result will be released or come out online for all to check.
The officials want to release the result as early as possible to enable those that partook in JAMB 2021 and had registered for Post UTME to upload their WAEC Result to JAMB CAPS for Admission.

During a press briefing in Abuja, the Nigeria National Office of the examination body, Patrick Areghan, said this year’s exam recorded a better success than the previous one.
A total of 1,274,784 candidates, representing 81.7 percent of the total 1,560,261 candidates that sat the examination were said to have secured credit pass in five subjects including English and Mathematics. This puts this year’s results as arguably the best in the last decade.
Out of the 1,274,784 candidates, Six Hundred and Thirty Thousand, One Hundred and Thirty-Eight (630,138) i.e. 49.43% were male candidates, while Six Hundred and Forty-Four Thousand, Six Hundred and Forty Six (644,646) i.e. 50.57% were female candidates.
The results of 170,146 candidates, representing 10.9 per cent of the total candidates, are currently being withheld in connection with various reported cases of examination malpractice.
He said the decision of the appropriate committee will be communicated to the affected candidates through their various schools.
According to him, the results are coming exactly 45 days after the conduct of the last paper (October 8, 2021 to Monday, November 22, 2021).

The WAEC Result for May/June examination 2021 result checking;
- Visit the WAEC result checking portal at www.waecdirect.org.
- Enter your 10-digit WAEC Examination Number. (This is your 7-Digit centre number followed by your 3-digit candidate number e.g 4123456789)
- Enter the 4 digits of your Examination Year e.g 2021
- Select the Type of Examination i.e. SCHOOL CANDIDATE RESULT
- Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card.
- Enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card
- Click Submit
