Job Title: Customer Representative / Sales Officer

Locations: Ikoyi, Ikeja, Surulere and Ogba – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
  • Discuss business contracts and cost with clients.
  • Build connections on behalf of the company.
  • Ability to open and close deals.
  • Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identifying new business markets and recording daily customer transactions.
  • Handle client’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Must have flare for sales.
  • Ability to work with less supervision.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
  • Keep records of client’s interactions, process clients’ accounts and file documents.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Minimum Qualification

  • B.Sc / OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
  • Must have 2 – 3 years working experience as sales/client relationship with tracking record.
  • Experience in marketing will be an advantage.
  • Resident in Ikoyi, Ikeja, Surulere and Ogbais an added advantage.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ikeja, Anthony Village, Surulere, Ogba – Lagos

Job Description

  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with Management team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
  • Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
  • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
  • Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  • Prepare the annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
  • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
  • Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
  • Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists.
  • Hire, train and guide the marketing and business development associates.

Minimum Qualification

  • Candidates should possess an MBA / B.A / B.Sc Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Must have managerial skills.
  • Must have worked in a logistics firm with proof.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Ability to deliver presentations
  • Must be have a good knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and power point.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Description

  • Communicate with clients in a respectful manner.
  • Pickup and delivery of parcels.
  • Organize items ordered by editing for price and weight compliance.
  • Arrange deliveries by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating delivery requirements, placing and expediting orders.
  • Deliver items by examining items, destination, route, rate and delivery time.
  • Verify items delivered by submitting acknowledgement copies; note discrepancies.
  • Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date, method, status and responding to enquiries as it relates to delivery.

Minimum Qualification

  • Candidates should possess at least a First Degree qualification.
  • At least 3 years of riding experience.
  • Must know how to ride a bike efficiently.
  • candidate must have a valid Driver’s License.
  • Excellent knowledge of LAGOSand its environs.
  • The dispatch rider must have a valid Rider’s card.
  • Must be courteous.
  • Must possess a valid Rider’s Permit.
